Community Resources for Cleveland Voters
As many of the members in our community know, we have two important elections coming up in Cleveland. On Tuesday, August 3, 2021, voters will determine who is on the ballot for the congressional seat left vacant by Marcia Fudge, who is now serving as the US Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, in a Special Congressional Primary Election. Then, on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, voters will elect Fudge’s replacement and will cast their vote in the mayoral election.

While the team at Sustainable Community Associates (SCA) is usually known for repurposing historic Cleveland buildings into hip apartments, writes Karin Connelly Rice for FreshWater, the developers are well into their second new construction, and latest, apartment project—The Lincoln at the corner of Scranton Road and Willey Avenue in Tremont—just across the way from their 2014 Fairmont Creamery project down the street from their last new-construction project, The Tappan, completed last year.
