You've received your offer — congratulations!
Your child has a seat waiting at Prospect Schools, and we can't wait to meet you all. There are three steps to take to complete your offer — we’re here to walk you through each one.
Step 1
Accept Your Offer
Log into your SchoolMint portal and click Accept. You have two weeks from your offer date.
Step 2
Submit Your Registration Documents
You will need to upload a few key documents to SchoolMint: birth certificate or passport · two proofs of residency · guardian photo ID. You have two weeks from accepting to upload these and secure your seat.
Step 3
Attend Your Accepted Families Event
Your school hosts a welcome event where your child meets future classmates and teachers. Date, time, and RSVP are in your offer letter — and right here once you log in.
Required Documents
The following documents are required to accept your offer and complete your enrollment. If your situation is more complicated, please reach out to our enrollment team and we can assist.

Birth Certificate or Passport
A copy of either of these documents will work.Â

Two Proofs of Residency
A lease, utility bill, paystub with your address — dated within 60 days.

Guardian's Photo ID
Any unexpired government ID, including IDNYC.
