School Leadership Institute Focuses on Culture and Collaboration
The Second Annual School Leadership Institute gathered over 70 leaders at International Elementary School to delve into the theme “Culture is Everything.” The five-day program featured sessions on school culture, crisis management, and establishing a solid foundation for the upcoming school year. Participants gained valuable insights from special guest Maia Heyck-Merlin’s “Together Leader” workshop, emphasizing the importance of team building and effective organization. A highlight of the institute was the Build-A-Bike partnership, which fostered community engagement and provided bicycles for donation.
Operations Team Summer Institute Strengthens Operational Excellence
The Operations team convened at Clinton Hill Middle School for a three-day workshop dedicated to critical operational functions. Participants received training on aligning vision, KPIs, core values, and expectations for success. They also honed their communication and customer service skills. Additionally, the team acquired hands-on experience with the new accounting software SAGE INTACCT, ensuring their preparedness for the upcoming year.
New Team Member Retreat Welcomes and Orients New Colleagues
New network colleagues were warmly welcomed with four orientation days and training at a dedicated Prospect Schools team member retreat. The retreat focused on core values and culture, providing a solid foundation for their integration into the Prospect Schools community.
