This summer, Prospect Schools brought together leaders and team members from across the network for a series of trainings and orientations designed to strengthen our collective impact.
The Senior Leadership Institute brought together school and network office leaders for a week of professional learning, collaboration, and strategic planning. Leaders explored instructional priorities, school culture goals, and our graduate profile, engaging in activities from cross-campus discussions to creative Broadway-style skits.
At the same time, the Operations Summer Institute ensured every behind-the-scenes detail is ready for a successful school year. Ops team members aligned on systems, logistics, and cross-department coordination to support a smooth opening.
The New Prospector Retreat welcomed new team members for a four-day orientation, introducing them to Prospect’s mission, values, and community. Participants explored the history of the U.S. school system and the history of Prospect Schools, then connected in school-based, content-specific, and grade-level groups. Together, they bring more than 400 years of experience to our classrooms and are ready to elevate and excel in the year ahead.
Across all these events, one theme rang clear: when we learn and grow together, we set the stage for a strong school year for every student, every team, and every community we serve.
